Roaches

The decline in the number of cats and dogs might result in an explosion of rats and mice and other small animal pests. The increase in trash not properly disposed of may increase those pests AND other creepy crawlers. How do we prepare for that possiblity?

(SNIP) ... “Know thy enemy.” No one said that it only applies to people. So what do I know about roaches? They are creepy and nasty. They carry disease, and would probably survive a nuclear holocaust. Time to do some research.

I learned so much about them, things I never wanted to know. It confirmed that I NEEDED to get rid of them, but that the approach I was taking would NOT work. Here are three things that told me I needed to find a different way: ....
