Also buffy, you can check with your local "health" food stores - they will usually special order bulk grain/rice/sugar/etc for customers at their cost +10% or so handling fee. Much cheaper than shipping costs. You get 50#bags usually in the grains and beans, etc. That's how I built up my supply years ago.
