Just a thought ... salt water gets most blood stains out of cloth, especially if you soak it before it dries. So you might try soaking the used pads in salt water when you are changing, and then rinse thoroughly before washing. Search found 1 match

Just a thought ... salt water gets most blood stains out of cloth, especially if you soak it before it dries. So you might try soaking the used pads in salt water when you are changing, and then rinse thoroughly before washing.
